First visit here due to poor facilities in Shrewsbury. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful, I took time out to explain about my wife's condition and staff here were accommodating. Emma, the duty manager was extremely professional along with her team. Cheaper pricing than other baths...Overall, well worth a visit.

It just needs WiFi for when you're in the gym as no much mobile phone cover. Otherwise perfect!

My daughter started going swimming lessons here about 5 weeks ago. She absolutely loves it. Staff are friendly and although facilities are basic, it does the job. I also signed up to a membership which is well worth it.

The place is clean and the kids love the time of day when they get all the floats out. It is pretty basic - only 3 cubicles to change in the ladies, and the showers are extremely close together with no dividers so can't really use while someone else in using them. Saying that the price is really reasonable so you don't really mind.

My son had his first lesson here this afternoon. He enjoyed it and the staff were friendly and encouraging. Changing room and toilet facilities could be better as very hot and basic with only 3 curtained change rooms and a small area with wooden bench and lockets.

Both my boys are learning to swim here, Karen and the team are amazing they go above and beyond. Tom who teaches my one child in stage one is great with him and reassures him all the way. My eldest has progressed and his confidence in the water has grown thanks to these guys.

Took my daughter here today for the tots swimming session, its a lovely little pool, nice and warm and the changing area is adequate enough. I haven't used the gym facilities but from what I've seen it looks great for a quick workout. The staff were friendly and the place overall is great.

Very clean and although the pool is not over large the water was warm and everyone was extremely pleasant, I have used it twice in my first week and I'm looking forward to my next visit.
