They had come round to give a quote. Seemed to eager to do the job. When the day came they repointed the ridge, sorted the flashing on the chimney. Dealt with the verge/gable. The guttering was lined. However a few days later. I was hoping to get the following looked at and sorted. There is a part of the verge still to cover up. Right at the top. This small gap between a ridge tile. Maybe due to the extreme weather or if the cement hadn't fully dried. They weren't going to sort the torn underfelt as there was no leaking. Where I was advised by another company to get it fixed. It was one of the main priorities. The gutters still leaked. The lining is supposed to have a 15 year guarantee. I had to go up on the ladder and find that a few of the tiles along the bottom row hadn't been pulled back into place. I did contact them. I either get no response or if I do get to arrange a date they didn't bother turning up. So I have had to do something with the gutters myself and will be calling another company up. Wasted my time and money. I should have gone with someone else. Though I might be grateful for some of the work that they have done. It was probably tough. The next person's experience will be different. But I am still disappointed. I will either have to strip down the guttering and start again or have them replaced.
