Excellent service. Got a human straight away. Very helpful and then someone turned up within one hour. I don’t give five stars lightly but if it’s warranted. Well done Anglian water and to the very helpful person on the line who answered within one minute.

I am thinking of changing them as soon as possible, they are terribly expensive. In London the water was free and in Milton Keynes I pay almost £100 for a month and two weeks in the conditions where we don't use the bathtub but only the shower.

Due to having a pipe replaced the path outside had to be dug up and in conjunction with a plumber a new pipe installed.The two Anglian Water men turned up on time were polite and helpful and did the job quickly and efficiently. As promised within a couple of days the path was repaired and barriers collected.Well done and thank you.

Called Anglia with a problem I had very polite employee took all my details. An engineer came within a few hours of my call. Thank you Jay for making sure my issue was dealt with to my satisfaction. Was very helpful and offered good advice. Good service Anglia. A very grateful customer
