Radnor Physiotherapy
In the family I am notoriously bad at going to the doctor, especially at the moment with the Covid19 crisis, so when I found out I could self refer to a physiotherapist for back pain I was spurred into action. I found Radnor Physiotherapy on an NHS list of Chartered Physiotherapists in my area (I live in Knighton, Powys) Hermione answered my email query promptly and offered me a video consultation for the following day. It was all set up efficiently, and apart from my rather old laptop causing a lag in proceedings, it was a great way to safely get a consultation. After asking questions and going carefully through a number of movements and exercises Hermione came up with a diagnosis and and a plan. She was very professional but also friendly which reassured me. The plan was then sent by email with a message I could always get in touch with her for any queries or problems. It is early days for me but I can thoroughly recommend Hermione and I feel confident her plan will help me.

Hermione has years of experience and it shows. Went in with a bad back and came out fixed, plus lots of extras I had been living with without realising. Highly recommended.

I suffered a leg problem that Hermione correctly traced back to a back injury many years ago. During our initial consultation she spent much time listening, questioning and discussing my situation, then offered much useful guidance, advice and additional reference material - far more than I had any thought to expect. Her suggestions and exercise regime worked and no treatments" were required at any time
