Always feel welcome there , all the staff friendly. I always book with Cheryl , she always listens to what I would like done and offers her professional advice . I usually have a perm and cut and blow dry with trims between. Highly recommended

I popped in on the off chance to check if I could have a wash, cut & blow dry but informed that I could only have a dry cut which I declined!I made an appoint for 2 weeks later with Cheryl who wrote my appt in the diary as I thought. On the day I arrived 10 mins early only to be told I was booked for a dry cut when I contested Cheryl was summoned, I reminded Cheryl that she actually took my booking but she didn't seem too bothered or apologetic & was more concerned about returning to the back room to continue her natter.I realise we can all have an off day but cannot accept the lack of apology for someone's mistake, the attitude was downright rude.

Been using this hair salon for many years now and have never had a bad hair cut. ALL the staff are lovely and Emma done wonders for my hair post lockdown feel like a new women. ALSO all precautions taken to keep you safe so you can relax and enjoy the whole experience

Have had my haircut around the Frinton area and I recommend Sheryl for men's cut... cheaper than the other other barbers on the street, but don't be thrown off... by far the best cut! Thanks Sheryl ☺️
