Do not waste your time going here. Double the price of the others. £30 for a sub standard wash and vaccum on a regular car. £15 for just an outside wash and bigger cars are more. Price menu was deceptive. Go elsewhere.

Don’t ever use this car wash it is the worse car wash ever!! I’ve just left there. They’re so unfriendly and rude! Didn’t clean my car properly still got loads of marks on my chairs. They also never gave me a car refresher considering I paid £35 for inside & out. Go to the car wash in Asda or the one in Carshalton by the college. They’re great and very friendly.

After 30£ service noting! Very expensive car wash in area.unfriendly staff . Never go there!

Awful place. Overpriced, appalling service - when I complained that my car had not been cleaned properly I was told that I had only paid for one wash.To top it off when I got back and looked at my car it was covered in very fine scratches from where they had rubbed it with a cloth.Read the reviews and avoid at all costs.

Pathetic service. I’ve been here a number of times and I’ve finally decided to avoid this place completely. They always leave the car dirty somewhere and when you ask them to clean the bits they left dirty, they make comments like: “yeah, big problem”. There is no way that they can clean properly the inside of the windshield. Furthermore, to show that they have cleaned, they move everything, even the steering wheel adjustment, which takes me ages to reset just as it was before. On one occasion they chipped the paint on the arches of my car with the jet wash and when I complained, they said that I should have warned them that the paint there might have come off. Never again.

Lazy, don’t clean door bottom unless you tell them, no wax even it’s advertised , that kind of wash worth £6 and they charge £15.

Recently visited this place. Asked for inside and outside cleaning service. When the cleaning was done, I just quickly checked and all side door had some rubbish which was not cleaned. The guy taking the payment at the end was very rude and said to me that we should do all this cleanup before coming here which does not make sense. Also, when looked more carefully, the seats, boot, foot mats, nothing was cleaned properly. So much attitude and a very bad customer service. Very unhappy and never going back.

I was happy with the clean, although I don’t have much experience to compare the quality. The customer service however was quite nonexistent / a bit rude. Part of this may be due to a language barrier, but I don’t think that is the only factor. Reading some of the other reviews it seems this isn’t a unique experience. Avoid - Overpriced and worst car wash ever. Unfriendly staff who don’t speak to you until it comes to paying. This was my first and last time visiting and I wouldn’t recommend at all. £35 for the worst car wash I’ve ever experienced. Dirty wheels as well as exterior left with marks. Inside wasn’t hoovered properly or cleaned. Passenger seat belt was also broken after visiting - god knows what they did. I’ve had a better experience using the auto car washes in gas stations. Wish I had read the reviews Save your money and go elsewhere!

Avoid this place at all costs. I have a brand new car, not long off the for court that was dirty so took it there today for a wash and mini valet that cost £25.When we collected the car there was still dirt down the left hand side and we had to get the cloth ourselves to clean it. Once we got home and car was dried we found numerous spots including inside the car, where the car had just been wiped with a dirty cloth and had left streak marks all over the inside of the car doors.Inside the car we had more problems. The car alarm sensors were dripping wet and the alarm kept going off, my partner dried them out thankfully.There is white spots and smears all over the car doors on the outside.Our floor mats were also soaked and smeared with mud too.Now, we never rushed them, there was only one other car there and we left the car for an hour. We also have a new scratch on the back of the car but we can't prove or disprove that it wasn't there beforehand.The service is shoddy, and I wish I had checked other reviews on Google before going there. But I won't be going there again.You can't really see the pictures to well as its sunny, sorry.
