Went in for a MOT on current car and came out buying a brand new one!Very good service from the whole team but especially TJ who helped me decide and go through everything and get the best deal for me!Even when it came to the pick up of car and I wasn't able to he dropped it to my home and took my current car. Can't appreciate enough!Thankyou!

I recently bought a Vauxhall Corsa from Advance Motors Watford. I am really happy with the car.Owais the sales person was brilliant! He was very polite, knowledgeable and informative. He made sure I was 100% happy with everything and even offered to show me the in car functions if required. The car was ready when stated and perfectly clean on collection.Owais gave me a follow up call the day after the purchase to ensure I was happy with everything.Can fault the service here! 100% satisfied with the car and the service I received.

I booked a service and MOT online, promptly confirmed back to me by e-mail. On the day the driver arrived promptly in the morning, was polite and friendly. All work was carried out as requested and the car returned to me at 2.00pm.cleaned and valeted.Could not fault the service. (Much superior to the service my wife received for her car at a different garage)

Utterly disgusting customer care from Charlotte today my car had a warning light on and couldn't use it for driving test I asked her to get an engineer to check it and she refused it categorically like it was the end of the world! I gone to all of the other mechanics around all of them came out and check the car but Vauxhall.Everyone was saying your dealership will help you. No way they even tried only booking appointments at their own sweet time and then calling to ask to leave a 5 star review.Not all the mechanics can fix the electric cars yet so is them who can do it and still don't understand that and say I have appointment after 2weeks and I literally need to check the car immediately.Just UNBELIEVABLE

I went to Watford Vauxhall showroom and Martin Georgiev had taken me under his wing and assured me that he would find the best car for myself that is fuel efficient and economical. Within minutes of building great relationship with Martin with his high customer experience skills, Martin sorted me out a great deal and told me not to worry about anything and things would be set in stone. I was very upset to have my old car die on me and I made several attempts to go to other showrooms where I wasn’t so much welcomed and comforted like Martin had done so with greatness.Martin did a fantastic job and secured me a lovely 2019 plate Suzuki Swift Attitude. He was honest, upfront and told me every little thing that I should be aware of. Without him it wouldn’t have been possible to find exactly what I needed within a good reasonable price.Thank you Martin for being an amazing sales man. Highly recommend everyone to visit Martin at Vauxhall Watford.Martin went out his way to contact me days after purchasing the vehicle to see how I was getting on. That was very nice of him to do so. Thanks once again for looking after me. You’re absolutely great!
