Love the shop and clothes but the I ordered online for shop collection and it was awful. I have had no update in 2 weeks other than support saying my order was probably lost. No refund or offer to replace! Still awaiting a response!

I visited the store today to bring back a shirt which had the security tag left on .We live in Barnsley so quite a trek.The young lady said it was a different type of tag and she couldn't remove it ! She suggested I try Next !!! as the couldn't remove it .I suggested someone in the store goes to next and I will pick the shirt up later .Please note I didn't buy the shirt from next , I bought it from Reiss , she then said that wouldn't be possible , I got annoyed and suggested my time was much more valuable to me and got a refund with attitude.Very poor customer service

I had been to Reiss in Leeds and was really disappointed by the service; was looked down upon and talked to with a bit of disdain. I really like the brand so gave a go at the one in Meadowhall and really happy I did. The sale ladies were wonderful, very kind and helpful. Thank you so much

Cannot recommend this store enough. We were served by Louise and Effie on a number of occasions when buying suits. Their customer service was impeccable and they could not have been more helpful. Great quality clothing too!

Had a smashing visit to this shop this afternoon. Last minute graduation dress shopping with my daughter ( graduation tomorrow!). Lovely assistant who took a real interest in my daughter and then very kindly applied a discount to the purchase. Would definitely shop there again
