You know that thing about listening to the customer? Didn't happen here. I wanted a PAYG sim. Simple enough you might think. They spent 15 mins trying to sell me a dongle, a phone and a contract before deciding they didn't have any PAYG sims. So I left. Got one online instead. Very frustrating experience of how not to treat a customer. Won't go back again, ever.

I went into this store yesterday and asked for a replacement screen. The assistant asked if it was a contract phone, how much I paid a month, and took my phone to check the model. After a few mins he returned and wanted to suggest 'solutions that made sense to him'. I said no, I just want a new screen. He had sent texts from my phone to my provider to check my monthly contract fee and how long the contract had to run WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I bought a screen protector and case, which were nice and good value, but I was very unhappy about the intrusion into my personal data.

My wife has bought two mobile phones from this shop and been very pleased with both. What we love is that, when a problem arises, you can go in and chat and it will be sorted! Today's problem was to link my new Fitness Tracker to her mobile phone. Thirty minutes.. all sorted ! TY guys great job !!!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! Sold me a counterfeit iPhone and charged 50 quid for a contract. I would give this place 0 starts but I can’t. The only reason I found out the phone was counterfeit is because I went into apple to try get a new battery and they said that it’s been made with illegal fake parts. Don’t go here!!

Excellent service from Phonecell. My wife's phone was loosing power quicker than it would charge so we contacted Pete and after some checking and contact with 'techie' experts he found the best solution was to purchase a new phone. This was done via Phonecell and the help form Pete was excellent. The old phone was backed up and all data saved to the new one with minimal disruption, apart, from setting up the passwords.Overall a great service.
