They are marketing a property that their vendor does not have permission to sell. 10 months into the transaction and considerable expense. For a property their vendor doesn't have permission to sell. Be warned!

I have dealt with Peter Large Abergele on two recent purchases and they have been fabulous. All the staff are very professional and friendly. I dealt mainly with Alice, Darren abs Jackie they were all very knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond to arrange viewings and assist with a speedy and smooth transaction. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They would be the first agent I would contact for any property transactions.
