I have worked for withYOU for three years now, fantastic company to grow and develop my knowledge. I continue to feel supported within my job role and the senior management team are very approachable when i have any questions or concerns. This organisation not only promotes independence for the people we support but also encourages their employees to grow within the organisation.

With You provides an excellent mental health support service in the edinburgh area. They have been fantastic with everything and its great to see they provide services for older people, younger people, homelessness and people affected by autism and other learning disabilities too. Thank you so much for everything!!

My mother has been severely let down by them. She had a regular weekly befriending service provided for over a decade. She called them recently to find out when the service would resume after Covid prevented the service. They told her she was no longer a client and to call social work. No other notification to say they could not continue her care. Absolutely despicable service from a company that is supposed to look after and care for the most vulnerable people in the community.

I've worked for withYOU for over a year and have nothing but praise for the organisation. I have felt supported and valued while doing my job and get great satisfaction out of feeling like i have genuinly helped someone.Our managment team and service seniors (MTAP homelessness service) are open, honest and fair in all of their interactions with me. They understand the support worker role themselves and I feel very comfortable to seek advice from, or to bring any concerns to, them. They have promoted and funded staff training and personal development and, i believe really do care about the staff and the people we support.Working for withYOU has been a great experience so far and hopefully will continue to be in the future.

Don't recommend working for this company. Always short-staffed and employees overworked. Favoritism at its best and service users are often not the centre of support.

I’ve been really impressed with how committed staff are to making a difference by working hard to ensure positive outcomes for people. There is a good team atmosphere both in services and Head Office

I have been working withYOU for nearly 2 years now. I have loved virtually every minute of it. From the staff past and present have been brilliant, to my mentor Jacky and to the bosses it’s a nice company to work for. Has its challenges but so does every job. It’s about adapting and understanding and being courteous in all we do. I have really enjoyed my time so far with, withYOU. I feel it will get better. If anyone reading this wouid like a job at withYOU I say go for it.
