I cannot stress enough, how brilliant Josh and Tom have been, they really are two heroes.My 86 year old aunt rang on Sunday morning to say her immersion heater didn't appear to be working and she had no hot water. She contacted a local plumber who came on Monday, charged her £240, said he had replaced the element because it had burned out, but then told her it still wasn't working because all the electrical cables had perished and she would need an electrician.I live 40 miles away and was unable to get to her due to the snow. I searched the internet and found Tom Howard from M&H Electrical Contractors Ltd and liked the reviews. I contacted Tom and explained the problem he said they would have a look and Josh attended that same day.Having checked all the wiring he could find no fault, the wiring was old but had not perished but to be sure, replaced the wiring and an old timer in case that was the problem but still the immersion didn't work. The only thing they could think was the element fitted was faulty.Returning for a third day with Tom they removed the element and found it was definitely old and totally burnt out and had not been replaced. My Aunt had been scammed.They purchased a new element and fitted it and hey presto scalding hot water.They explained everything they were doing to my aunt, showed her the new parts and the old parts, they left everywhere clean and tidy. On finishing the job they even contacted her later on that day just to make sure everything was still working plus they kept me updated.These two gentlemen went over and above what you would expect to help my Aunt. It is truly heartwarming and I cannot thank them enough for everything that they did. Both I and especially my Aunt would definitely recommend this company and their phone number will be kept close for any future problems. 5* just doesn't seem enough, thank you, thank you, thank you
