Great service. Used for transfer to Birmingham Airport. Taxi was on time, communication was great. Much preferred using a small business who care about providing a good service than the 'big firms' who often don't turn up. Will be using again

We booked Parkway Cars, Perton, for a return journey too Weymouth 17th Sept, Rachel collected us at 10am as arranged, we had two comfort stops en-route & arrived stress free. Rachel collected us at 10am on 24th Sept on the dot. Rachel & Wendy her colleague handled our luggage for both journeys. the car was clean & fresh smelling, Rachel is a marvelous driver, we had chat & banter but strict attention too driving at all times. Our journeys were a pleasure, & we would use no other company for a long trip. Give Parkway Cars and Rachel a call for a long trip, I'm sure you won't regret it.

She made a stressful experience (getting my elderly mum back to the UK from Australia) as easy as it could be. My mum and my brother loved your service and I am so happy we went with you! I booked a taxi home from a wedding after reading brilliant reviews. I booked 2 days in advance and had received a booking confirmation. No taxi showed, no contact whatsoever to explain why, I tried calling repeatedly but no answer. Ended up getting an Uber back which luckily wasn’t much more expensive. Very disappointing, I just don’t understand why my booking was confirmed if there was going to be no taxi and no contact about it :(
