I came into store on Monday to purchase an Iphone 14 in purple. Unfortunately, they did not have the phone in stock. Stew and his team went out their way to order the phone in store. Stew made the process very quick and easy. He is an asset to his team!

Stew and James are a credit to the Three Service. They managed a difficult phone data transfer to a new phone for me which would have defeated me completely. They are both knowledgeable and so helpful. I am very glad I chose Three as my service provider.

Been with the network for years. Had a few issues once in a while with the network but never had a single problem with this shop. Workers are always helpful and usually very knowledgeable about their products. The only small negative is they seem to carry very low stock levels so regularly have to wait a day or 2 deliveries if you want something specific.

Called in on Sunday 21st. May. The 2 assistants were very knowledgeable and friendly. Sorted my problems out in no time at all. (Sorry I didn't get their names) I was going into the shop next door but they were closed so asked help for their help. Problem sorted in no time. So thank you very much. When my contract ends, I know which shop I will be aiming for next time!

I’ve been to Three store Rugby and spoke to the assistant manager called Kenya she was lovely and sorted my issue out. My sim card had no signal for 1 day and I couldn’t understand why, she did something magic and it’s working. Thank you!

Went in to purchase a Google Pixel 7 and Pixel Watch today. James was extremely helpful and thorough with me. Excellent customer service and enjoyed chatting to him. He didn't push anything onto me and his recommendations were spot on.I also went in last week to compare some phones. Emma was also very helpful and ran through a data plan with me. If it wasn't for her friendliness and approachable manner I wouldn't have come back to purchase my new devices. Both members of staff are a credit to their store and did a great job at helping me switch from O2 to Three. Thank you both.
