Avoid!! This place is a scam. Brought laptop in for repair . Repaired and after a month same problem and they refuse to fix saying they dont give warranty on parts they are only a repair shop they say! Taking cash only and giving fake invoice. Avoid them for all cost ! Their bogus practice will be reported and hopefully closed down soon!

I had a wonderful experience with Fastech Net. They immediately diagnosed the problem with my laptop, they suggested solutions and they made the fix within just 2 hours, all the while being lovely and helpful. The repair also did not cost much. If I ever need assistance in the future, I will definitely visit!

Went to get my laptop screen repaired as its been a bane of my existence for a while constantly flickering and cutting out. So I paid for a diagnostic which was only £10.00 and then received a call that they had to replace the screen which I expected and within 30 minutes of receiving the call it was all done. Screen works amazing and now I don't have to balance things on my laptop like buckaroo!Top blokes in here too.

I have used these guys for over 10 years and they have been consistent. I have moved out of London but still find back to them when needed. That is how good they are. Top quality repairs, great customer services and quite honest

Went in with issues with my laptop after having a pretty stressful week and although they couldn’t fix it for me told me exactly what was wrong with it and how to deal with it, diagnostic was only a tenner and I saw many people come in who seemed 100% happy with all the many services they supply :)

Came in to solve my old iphone 7 battery swelling problem. I sincerely thank to the guy, the phone saves audio of my late grandfather chats to me when he was with us. He passed away early this year suddenly by covid.This 25 pounds, 30 mins worths something that my entire life cannot trade of.Thank you.

These gentlemen have been here for years. I regularly used their internet on a regular basis. Reasonable price for the hour and printing still quite cheap. They also fixed my phone a while back. It needed a new battery which they happily replaced on the spot. Always polite and try to assist you asap. The only Internet cafe I Trust really. Just overall A good company.

Terrible experience with my mac repair.Brought it in as it was not turning on. Their diagnostic was that it needed a new battery. They replaced it for £80 but after just over a month (warranty is 30 days) the battery died. They accepted to change it again free of charge, as they said it was faulty, but requested I pay for the labour another 15£.After just over a month the battery died again, and I had barely used the mac duri g that period... I called them to see what they were planning to do, they told me it was probably my fault for using a wrong charger (I did not) and that they would not do anything to fix the issue again, as they are a profit led business, the manager I talked to said.....Also refused to help me recover my files or return my money..Avoid.

I got mugged and my phone got stolen. My tracker showed the phone was in this store, I guess someone brought it to repair or so without saying it was stolen. I called the shop and the manager didn't seem to care much, he said he will only speak to the police, not to me. He preferred to keep serving criminals rather than an honest person. Don't you know money earned in dirty ways brings no luck?
