Very good annual check by experienced and friendly lady optician. I have been a client for many years which is I think testimony to the worth of the organisation.

Wonderful service, as always. We have been seeing optometrist Lavinia for eye exams and referrals for many years. She is highly qualified (though she’s incredibly modest), always does a thorough examination, explains everything brilliantly and makes you feel comfortable about all your options in the most positive way possible. As someone with a very high prescription and a complex eye history including several surgeries, I value her willingness to listen, her honesty and integrity. The newest technology at Whitby & Co means Lavinia can see into all the layers of my eye and detect any issues at an early stage. The cost for this service is comparable to other places, I am sure, but the professionalism and warmth are second-to-none.

I've nothing but perfect experiences with Whitby & Co. They are absolute experts at their craft, and my eyeglasses have always been perfect. Absolutely worth the premium price.

I have been a client at Whitby & Co since they were first established and have always been extremely happy with the standard of service they offer. The care with which eye examinations are carried out gives me confidence that any problem would be spotted at an early stage. And as I wear glasses all the time, I want to be sure not only that the prescription is perfect, but that the frames are just so. I have always been totally satisfied on both counts!

It is seldom that you find real customer care these days but Whitby & Co went above and beyond in finding the right glasses and lenses for me. The optometrist and dispensing optician were both hugely knowledgeable and took the time to try different possibilities to find exactly the right solution.

I was here because of problems with my eye (infection). I was on vacation from Germany and I had to find a doctor very fast.Mrs Lavinia de Souza helped me a lot. It was perfect. She had the newest optical machines and I could see my eyes in 3d at the monitor. She explained me everything very good.
