Excellent products and customer service will be visiting again when I need new equipment

Ordered through amazon. The day my items should have arrived they delayed them with no date as to when they will arrive. Quick enough too take money from my bank and I had to pay for postage. Absolutely useless wouldn't recommend any one use them

I ordered some handcuffs from their Ebay page and they were dispatched the next day! Could believe it! Brilliant customer service will definitely be ordering from here again. Ordered a holster in January 2016. I got it in the wrong size. After a long discussion with customer service, they would replace the item for the right size.After a few days the replacement arrived and was yet again in the wrong size, and the same size as delivered originally. I tried to contact customer support several times be e-mail but I get no reaction whatsoever...This is the first and the last time I order here. There are plenty of reliable alternatives out there.UPDATE 1The company claims in a reaction they have send the right replacement part, unfortunately this is simply not true. They have send out a replacement that was exactly the same 35mm size as the original and not the MK-3 with 38mm in size as requested.After this original review I got a new e-mail from them that they would for the second time send out a replacement and replace the 35mm pot with the right 38mm size.UPDATE 2Three weeks later I 'm still waiting forthe correct replacement part to arrive. This is 4 months after the original order... This has by far been my worst experience with a webshop ever and I think any reasonable waiting period has passed. I understand that human error is possible in sending the wrong replacement part, but the way a company reacts to this error is a good indication about there customer service.I've seen that a second reviewer has had a positive experience and describes the company also problem solvers. Unfortunately I can't share this experience.I will update my review when I finally receive the correct part and this saga can come to an end.

Whilst looking on Google for the MC Products phone number, I saw the recent 1* review they had received and I feel it doesn't accurately reflect the service that this company delivers. I have been a customer of MC Products for many many years. They are problem solvers and solution providers - you really couldn't ask for more. Give them a call and don't be put off. Honest, down to earth, reliable!

Could not fault them one bit. I’ve ordered a few things from MC Products now and the customer service has been great. I’m currently having a slight problem with an item that I bought but the team has gone the extra mile on trying to resolve it. Brilliant customer service.
