Went to see Hunger games, service was great, I had QR codes for food and drinks and for entry, no problem anywhere..And seats are comfortable with plenty of space...and if you're a fan go see the film, it's fabulous...just started reading the book

Good cinema but expensive in comparison to others. Ticket prices and confectionery is steep! There is a Starbucks in the cineworld which is a nice bonus…

Great experience. This is one of the best cinemas around. The screens are good. Seating is comfortable with a vast variety of films. Facilities are clean. Food and drink available and off site there are other options for food and drinks. Parking is free and access is easy. I would recommend

We love Cineworld - we go to the Basildon one. We have another Cinema closer to home. But we would rather make that journey and pay extra. The seats are ultra comfy and there is so much leg room. The parking is free and there is plenty of it, so guaranteed a space. The staff are welcoming and the place is clean.I highly recommend Cineworld.

Loved the new comfy seats. They each had plenty of space and a wide drinks holder. With enough space for people to get past you to get to their own seats.The screen was massive and clear. And the sound was incredible.The free parking makes a big difference to the choice of cinema that we make. And with it being part of Festival leisure, it gives you plenty of choice for places to eat and drink before or afterwards.

From the outside the cinema looks great. But the picture quality of screen 6 is shocking. The screen is huge but the ambient lighting just ruins the movie magic. Looking at each bottom corner of the screen you can see red lights projected on screens that's coming from the stairs. Very annoying also the picture could have been brighter seems too washed out but the sound is excellent.

First time visiting this particular cinema. From the minute you step in, the whole atmosphere is moody and sets the scene for watching a special film. There’s a Starbucks, Baskin Robins and a huge pick n mix area to get snacks from, as well as the main counter. The screen itself was massive and very well kept. The seats were some of the comfiest ‘economy’ cinema seats we’ve ever had before (without having to deliberately pay more for premium seating). Really nice big red armchair-style seats with large cup holders. We were lucky enough to be 2 of 4 people in there, so this was an added extra! Staff were very friendly and we’d come back again so see another film here for sure!

Great. Large screens with excellent sound system and in film experience. Seating is comfortable, but not properly cleaned though. There’s wide variety of films with multiple time schedules. You will have the choice of a lot food and drinks at the ticket sites and around. Perfect place for dinner and movie. Can do on site ticketing or pre booking. Enough parking spaces.NB: It took 20mins to start the film (eg: scheduled time was 7.40pm, but after ads/ other film trailers, the film started on 8pm).Highly recommend.
