Bought a jukebox in march didnt last a month sent it back had to phone them last week to see what was happpening said they will send a new one its just arrived today parts missing on it and its the same one with the same problem i have never had any problems buying on ebay till i bought of this company

THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH TRADING WITH! - HOPEFULLY IF YOU DO BUY SOMETHING YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMSI BOUGHT A CARPET SHAMPOOER FROM THEM, I HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH THEM FOR MANY MONTHS BUT THEY DO NOT COME BACK TO MEI AM NOT ASKING FOR A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT, BUT EITHER WOULD BE GOOD - I JUST WANT ADVICE AS TO WHY NO WATER IS COMING THROUGH THE UNITI ADVISE THAT NO ONE TRADES WITH THIS COMPANY, DIRECTLY OR ON EBAY.

I purchased a 75 feet hose in April 2020 with 2 years guarantee via ebay. I used the hose to water the plants located 40 feet once soon after purchase . After 3 months in August 2020 during very hot weather when I used the hose to 45 feet, the pipe inside the wrapping gave way from the spray gun. I had used the hose on 4 occasions only. The hose was defective as it did not stretch beyond 45 feet and detached from the spray gun inside the wrapping. The seller said it is wear and tear and refused to accept returns or refund. also refused to send the box to the manufacturer .A wrong product could have been put in the 75 feet box . Also did not reveal the name of the manufacturer despite providing 2 years guarantee on sale of the product. Not worth purchasing any product from this seller.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE AN EBAY SELLER. Cant give a zero so has to be a 1. Very poor customer service regarding a missing parcel that no one wants to take responsibility for. This company says it has clearly been delivered but there is no signature for it and no photo of where it was supposedly left. I have spent 2 weeks out of my life chasing this and all they keep sating is i have it. I DO NOT!!! The courier says they need to go through the portal and claim a refund for my missing item but this company is saying I have received it. I am £189.00 down while they are clapping their hands together. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bought an air Fryer from this company through Amazon UK. Expecting no problems at all because everything I have bought from Amazon has been fine, never had any reason to complain. Until Now. My order failed to arrive, despite the order showing it has been delivered. After much, and I mean MUCH, to-ing and fro-ing between myself and Yodel (the courier) and this company, I have proven that my order has been delivered to an unknown address. I have proven this by obtaining the photo (had to install the Yodel app on my mobile and register and add my tracking number to get my order details, Yodel will refuse to email the photo to you) which was taken by the Yodel courier which shows the box sitting in front of a doorway with a man accepting it in. It is not my doorway. I took a photo of my own doorway and sent it to both Yodel and this trader Distinctive Trading, proving that this is not me accepting delivery of the order. Yodel have come back and admitted they have delivered to an unknown address, but this trader Distinctive Trading is like Teflon, they don't want it to stick to them and are ducking and diving saying 'It has been delivered'. They have refused to send me out another order, and also ignoring my request to be refunded in full. At the time of writing this review, I have given them until the end of today to refund me in full or I will start the complaint process via Amazon. Something else which shows me how crafty Distinctive Trading are, when I made my initial phone call to them in Manchester, I had already been communicating with them via the Amazon Messaging service, and had been communicating with a 'Sam' and a 'Simon', I asked to speak to Sam or Simon when they answered, then there was a 5 second pause, and the person then said that 'they are not available'. Then I explained to them that I have photographic evidence that my order was delivered to an unknown address and I am sending the email with evidence to Yodel and I want to carbon copy them into it and I need their email address. The person then said 'oh I'm Sam, I'll give you the email address'. I quoted the email address back to Sam using the phonetic alphabet and Sam confirmed it is correct. I emailed Yodel with the evidence, and cc'd in the email address Sam gave me. Yodel have come back (also cc'ing in the Distinctive Trading email address) that they acknowledge the package has been delivered to an unknown address. Thus far, Distinctive Trading have not replied to emails (I have not received ANY automated email from an email server stating this is an unknown address) and they will only communicate with me via Amazon Messaging with the same line of 'we haven't received any emails yet, and please can you give us more time'. They won't accept evidence which has been provided to them, and also Yodel have provided to them. They are ducking and diving, and I feel they are hoping I will just go away. I have no doubt that Distinctive Trading did send out my order, and I acknowledge that it is not their fault that the package was delivered to an unknown address (though they should think twice about using Yodel who are known to be problematic) but I am angry at their response to this problem, they are traying to wriggle out of it, despite being provided with evidence from both myself and the courier. This is the behaviour of a trader who, once they get their money of you, don't care afterwards if you have an issue. They are like Teflon, they don't want anything to stick to them. If you have a problem dealing with Distinctive Trading........then you really do have a problem on your hands. Be warned.See 2 photographs attached, one is from the Yodel delivery driver showing my package being delivered to an unknown address, the other is my own front door. Distinctive Trading have been sent these, but they are not acknowledging it, they keep saying 'It has been delivered'.
