Great customer service when your buying but when you have bought your items the customer service is shocking.Ordered a bed and dining table got told 4 weeks for the bed and 6-8 for the dining table took over 12 weeks for delivery of both. Everytime I rang the Stockton branch I got lied to every time got told bed was in and waiting for table then got told the table was in and waiting for bed the next day, Worse customer service I’ve seen no organisation, I sent a email complaining then coincidentally my items where ready for delivery, tried asking for compensation and got ignored, wouldn’t recommended this company.

Totally let down and was informed 6-8 weeks delivery time. I had to phone there for them to let me know there was a problem and blame the manufacturer and when we got it this was over 12 weeks. The Stockton site has the worst customer service ever. I put a formal complaint in he asks why have I done this we have a delivery day well maybe 12 weeks late and we did have a sofa for 4 weeks and never spoke about any compensation, stay well clear of this poor company and not worth 1 * my neighbour said that there had done the same to a friend.

Purchased double bed for my sister and a king size mattress for me bed came and delivery man asked have they been intouch about the mattress,I replied no and his answer to me was 'aw here we go again' so asked for refund never got money back and no mattress,terrible service and bad company to buy from.

Visited the store 22/08/23 looking at buying a bed and was served by Paul Thompson. Paul was not pushy, but very helpfull with his advice and he possessed very good product knowledge. Due to his high levels of service, I ended up making the purchase and walked out of the sho, confident I got the exact bed I was looking for.Thank Paul.
