Having waited weeks for an emergency call out, they dont come out at weekend regardless, an engineer eventually turned up to tell us that the motor is u/s, which is what they were told in the first place 4 weeks previous.3 weeks in from the engineers visit, we are still waiting for the motor to be replaced. Very poor customer service and even worse attendance even though a service contract is in place. Looking for recommendations for another company to take over the service contract
