The Motherhood Instinct
Before working with Catherine, my husband and I were in a bit of turmoil about negative past experiences and how we would move past these. Would the nhs accommodate our needs? Would we both get through this okay?Catherine taught us techniques to change our mindset, become informed of our rights and to be confident and calm when situations change last minute. I know that without our sessions with her, we would still be in a very different frame of mind, without any tools that would contribute towards a positive birth experience.

There were plenty of opportunities to ask questions and because Catherine was super friendly we felt like we could ask her anything and her knowledge was reassuring.
