Wrong Fuel Wizard (Stoke-on-Trent)

We are veterans charity based in East Lancashire supporting those who served in the Armed services who are experiencing difficulties through service life, unfortunately one of our volunteers put the wrong fuel in our minibus. We found Peter and Wrong Fuel Wizard on a google search. They had very good reviews and as we needed to get the van back on the road as soon as possible we gave him a call, Peter came out himself to drain the tank very quickly. A very fast and efficient service, excellent overall and if anyone needs to drain their tank, we can't recommend them highly enough.

I stupidly filled the tank with petrol on my diesel car. Jordan was with me in about 30 minutes (I was in Shelton). He was professional, reassuring, and friendly. The job was done in about half an hour and the car is running just fine again. Excellent service. Cannot recommend highly enough if you're in that same unfortunate position! 5* :-)

After being quoted ridiculous prices by other well known ‘wrong fuel’ companies such as £350, which followed by attempts to negotiate, I managed to find Wrong Fuel Wizard a few google searches down.Straight away I received a well priced offer, half of what the other companies had tried to negotiate. Jordan was polite, explained the process and he was professional throughout.This is a smaller local business who are offering an honest and well priced service. There is no attempt to hide costs and charge extortionate fees. Keep up the good honest work!

I put the wrong fuel in my mothers car. I was given a business card for Wrong Fuel Wizard by a lady in the service station. They were fantastic. They arrived in 60 minutes. Exactly as they said. They removed the fuel and we were driving away within 15 mins. The guy on the phone was friendly and polite. The guy who cam out to us was friendly and efficient. We felt very comfortable with him. As a bonus we saved money. We paid £150 as we put our own fuel in. The AA would have charged £240 and did not call back for an hour. So all in all Wrong Fuel Wizard offer a far superior service. Cannot recommend these guys enough, I was reassured from the first phone call right up until I drove away. Such friendly and professional service. Pete was amazing, picked me up from my house to take me to my car and drained the tank quick and easily. Extremely friendly service and very good price, to say I was in Hull, I can’t thank them enough for all of their work and coming all this way. Took a few business cards and will absolutely be recommending them in future and calling again if I need. Thanks guys

After getting stranded, I contacted Wrong Fuel Wizard, who were extremely helpful, even though they were so busy. they still came out in super quick timing, and the price was so reasonable. Thank you Pete - cannot recommend them enough
