The stylist assumed that I wanted to style my hair straight, both at the salon and in my future styling habits. She did this without even asking how I would like my hair styled. I told her I had dry hair to which she replied, its not really dry, just frizzy, thats what we need to get rid of. I found her quite rude. If someone has frizzy hair then generally, it will also be more dry in texture. I asked for waves, the finished style had no volume, which I usually have lots of and the waves dropped out 10 minutes after leaving the salon. Some sections of the hair she hadn't even bothered to wave.

Liam spent time talking about the cut and colour I wanted and looking at photos of styles I had ready, so I was confident he would get the look I was after, and I’m over the moon the colour and cut are perfect, I have wavy hair Liam has cut my hair to be styled straight or wavy which help it to sit better, he also cut in a soft fringe which I love! All of the staff are all friendly and I felt comfortable and was offered tea of coffee as soon as I sat down. I would highly recommend trying them out especially Liam.

It was my first time back to Toni & Guy in 20 years ( due to travelling) I was a little nervous initially as my hair is my Achilles heal, it has to be right. Nicole ( Gosforth) took care of me and knew exactly what I wanted, coming away with perfect cut & colour. Nicole was professional, attentive, caring an all round lovely person, already booked next appointment.

What a wonderful way to spend my holiday by getting pampered getting my hair done in a beautiful setting with beautiful products and service! As someone who had never coloured their hair before, I felt safe in Emily’s hands and she hit the brief I gave her perfectly! I think there’ll be no going back now in terms of balayage and can’t wait to see Emily again to get it done!

Nicole is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable on the difficult products available at Toni&Guy. She took the time to understand my concerns, and suggested a treatment to help with my hair growth/thickness. The overall finish was fabulous, i’m really happy with my hair!
