Emma has many therapies at her finger tips and vaste knowledge which she imparts to her clients when they ask for it. She is also a teacher of many of the holistic therapies.

I went to see Emma to see if reiki could help the back and leg pain I have suffered from for years. Her sessions are deeply relaxing and after the first one I felt I could move a little easier. Now, after four sessions over a number of weeks, I feel transformed. My pain levels are greatly reduced, I can walk longer and faster and hardly use my hiking sticks at all. I have stopped taking painkillers. I don't know how reiki works but in my case it certainly has and Emma Sims is a first class practitioner.

I've been going to Emma for treatment for 10 years now. Each treatment is amazing. My favourite was reflexology, but Emma has offered a bespoke treatment that incorporates a much needed massage and she focuses on areas that need attention without me even telling her!She is also a Wonder caring human. Look forward to my next visit!
