Poor service, staff have little idea about the services they should be offering regarding parcel drop off. I've previously had issues with the store, but put that down to chance, evidently it wasn't.

Only visited to drop a parcel off, the member of staff was very helpful and sorted the parcel extremely quickly. No complaints at all. Will definitely post from here again.

Staff friendly good amount of stock could do with putting prices on items its a bit guess the price

Dirty smelly shop. The people who work there are so rude. They also sell out of date food

Not sure if they should be selling home made samosas in there.. the shop seemed dirty and messy. Only went in to post a parcel as they do dpd, the lady on the till had no mask.

Very helpfull owner, I had problem with the DPD but store owner helped me a lot.

I turned up to collect my parcel from Fedex (having got it redirected whilst away). I told the woman that I was here to collect a parcel and gave her my name. She refused to do anything other than repeatedly ask for a barcode. I had no barcode but was able to show her SMS messages with the tracking number.Still she refused to make any effort to help me without a barcode. I said could you at least look to see if you have anything with my name on it?". She reluctantly moved two feet to her left and picked up my parcel straight away. She then held it just out of reach and said I needed a barcode. I said I don't have a barcode and she said I need to understand the system. So I am standing there looking at my parcel and she is refusing to give it to me. Eventually I said I will go to the police because she has my property. She then asks for some kind of ID (all the time she has been speaking on the phone in a foreign language to someone).I eventually got my parcel but what a drama and I have no doubt she was simply being awkward and lazy. Rude

It's an okay shop ran by what seems a lovely couple aiming to name claim to running an effective business. I did feel like I entered a time warp in the sense that the store was old and very much outdated...

The lady who was behind the counter was so kind thoughtful and nice so thank you
