Briscoe Lane Post Office/Best One

NEWWell where do we start many years ago before it was taken over this post office was the heart of the community they would do anything to help and staff where amazing .Now let’s fast forward to the jokers that own and run it now no care for the community all they thing about is profit and I don’t know how because the shelves are always empty the post office is also not very clean which is no fault of the lovely lady who works behind the main counter she works so hard she probably has no time to clean up the mess also the people that hang about outside near the phone box look very undesirable and quite threatening and makes it quite scary that’s why I don’t use it much now which they need to sort out so really 1 out of 10 for customer service 1 out of 10 for cleanliness but 10 out 10 for the two lovely lady’s who meet and greet at front of shop briscoe lane post office get your act together

The post office has completely gone down hill over the years untidy manege went are not very nice very rude and unhelpful also they seem to allow people to drink on the premises which is not very nice to see never going there again also be needs to learn a it about customer service

Post office that also sells all sorts. Coffee, alcohol, fizzy drinks, energy drinks, newspapers, chocolate, sweets, and crisps. It's got the lot. Great friendly staff, always on hand to help.

Got in a little bit before closing with a lot of parcels to post, working in retail I know how annoying that can be, but Ben was lovely and helped me make sure they all got on their way safe and sound. Was so nice to see how much of a relationship he had with every customer that came in too. Restored my faith in community big time. Promise I'll get in earlier next time!

Says it opens at 8am then the post office clerk rocks up at 8:15. It’s annoying when u have to get to work for 8:30am. It shouldn’t advertise 8am if it isn’t

Ben is a very proffesional gentleman its such a plessure to be served by him.
