Very helpful puppy training with Lucy, loads of good idea's and tips, especially with teaching my puppy to get on with my older dog and cats. Recommended training always nice to know you have someone you can discuss your difficulties with.

Lucy has been amazing in helping me a few times with my permanent foster GSDx (who is an older chap). As he was rescued from a kill shelter in Spain, he has a lot of anxiety from previous trauma and that can sometimes overwhelm him. Lucy has been amazing at giving me guidance with him, practicing recall and generally supporting me in giving him some fun games to do that will ultimately improve his life with me and give him some focus when life gets a bit scary for him. Thanks so much Lucy!

Following my intuition of some one on one training we found Daniels Dogs. Lucy came to our home four times. She was clear in her tuition, understanding of problems and caring yet concise in how to deal with them, always compassionate to the fact little 10 month old Munchkin is an adolescent puppy and will have his “moments”, and listened to me when I had my own “low self esteem” moments I am sure many puppy’s parents experience.We enjoyed the games, the long leads and the treats especially.I have a far better relationship with my pup and he is more secure with us. I would recommend as this type of training feels bespoke, kind and understanding of your pet.Ours was the “Teenage Tyrant” package, and we looked forward to each session at home or the park.

Lucy was amazingly helpful in giving me confidence to deal with my quite forceful and intelligent dachsund puppy. Not only did she need training but do did I! Lucy was patient and so understanding of my worries. She taught me lots of games and brain teasers for Lottie. Also was so helpful in finding a new lead, a different harness and useful toys.she explained in detail by email everything we had done in the lesson and was always there to answer questions. I couldn't more highly recommend Lucy.

We turned to Lucy as we had a challenging puppy that clearly wasn't suited to group classes. Lucy made us feel comfortable from the start, basing our sessions on our own particular needs. We have learnt so much during our time including lots of fun games and training to do in between sessions. As we were doing training during the pandemic Lucy switched training methods based on the government to ensure we maintained contact and had support. I am so grateful to Lucy for all her help and I now have the tools to help my teenage dog continue to make progress. l wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lucy to others.

Absolutely amazing trainer. Lucy has been working with myself and my puppy. I have been shown lots of activities and ways to train Nellie by Lucy which have been backed up with training leaflets and video links to remind me what to do.Training has been rewarding and fun and has made a big difference to me and Nellie. Lucy has given me the confidence to work alone in between sessions with my pup and is always available for email support and advice. Lucy is very patient with training and is very positive with both myself and Nellie, all training is done with the emphasis on positive and I feel this makes a difference to Nellie.Training is also done catering to what I need from each session for Nellie, things that Lucy can see Nellie will need based on her breed and I have been able to ask as many question as I need.I am looking forward to working with Lucy again when I book the next package of training to further Nellie's development to continue to help her become a well adjusted, sociable and well behaved dog.I highly recommend Daniels Dogs to any one looking for a trainer for their dog

Our dog training experience with Lucy has been very positive and both I and my 1 year old rescue Cavapoo have really enjoyed our sessions and learnt a great deal! We used our sessions to focus on encouraging my dog to feel relaxed and settled before working on lead walking, anxiety reduction, greeting others calmly etc which has been so helpful. Lucy has a thoughtful, patient and supportive style and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would totally recommend her services!

I have two Collies and a rescue Collie cross pup, all of which have their issues, particularly the pup who has been aggressive. Lucy has worked with all 3 dogs with fantastic results. Not only has she worked wonders with them, she has also taught me a huge amount about dogs’ behaviour. She is calm, consistent and kind and they don’t realise they are being trained as they have so much fun! I would definitely recommend Lucy and will be continuing to use her services for my dogs.

Lucy has made a massive difference to Poppy’s (our golden cocker spaniels) life. We have learnt valuable skills as dog owners that we can continue to use through all of our lives. Brilliant 1:1 puppy training @ Daniels Dogs!With us being first time dog owners, Lucy provided lots of tips and advice to help us with our gorgeous cockapoo Nala!Lucy visited us on 4 occasions, and provided lots of training games for us to do with Nala all focused on being fun for both you and your pup. Handouts are provided as well, so you can look back on following session, if you forget how to do some things.Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for 1:1 training!
