Absolutely Flawless Bridal Hair and Makeup

Amazing service and lovely girls! Maisie and Sam did the hair and make up at my wedding and they were both wonderful. It was no easy task as there were 8 of us to get wrapped up in time for an early ceremony, but they did it with ease and were lovely to have around too. My make up stayed pristine for over 12 hours! I found the price so reasonable and the service professional, highly recommended.

A massive thank you to absolutely flawless! I booked makeup and hair for my wedding for myself, sister, mum and niece. The booking process was really easy and the prices were reasonable and fair. I was able to contact my hair stylist and makeup artist easily and they were both able to accommodate the same day for a trial.Thanks to Rachael the make up artist, our makeup was excellent and lasted all day and evening. Thanks to Ada our hair stylist, our hair styles were gorgeous! Thank you both for being so patient and accommodating as I made some tweaks from the trial. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me get into my wedding dress, put on my shoes and jewellery. I am truly grateful for your help and being so calm and reassuring. I will definitely recommend to others and if there is on occasion I need hair and makeup I will reach out.

I cannot recommend Tallulah enough. She is such a geniune and lovely person, the exact kind of person you want around you on your wedding morning. My hair and make-up was fantastic and I asked for slightly more on the day compared to my trial and Tallulah was so accommodating and went above and beyond. My bridesmaids and my Mum also looked stunning! Honestly an amazing experience from start to finish.

Lisa did our makeup for my wedding in August and she was absolutely brilliant. She is so bubbly and friendly, and put us all at ease. Before the wedding she was easy to contact, and my trial was a lovely experience. Lisa was so knowledgeable and gave lots of tips and advice about my makeup. On the day she was so calm and professional, and helped us all get ready and feel amazing. My makeup stayed put the whole day, I was so impressed with the whole experience!

We used Absolutely flawless for wedding hair and make-up, for the bride, 2 bridesmaids and 2 flower girls. I cannot thank Alex and Sarah enough for making the day so special and at ease they went above and beyond. My wife loved her wedding hair and makeup. Ada & Katie were an absolutely fabulous team on the morning of my wedding. They were professional and so much fun to have as part of the preparation. Both Ada and Katie were able to do mine and my bridesmaids’ hair and make-up exactly how I pictured them for the day, it was all perfect and lasted all day. I had so many compliments and I would 100% recommend both Ada & Katie and would like to say a huge thank you to both of them for making my wedding even more special! Xx

Ada did my hair and make up and my mum’s make up for my wedding. The whole experience (including the trial) felt really relaxed and fun. Ada really listened to what we both wanted and we were delighted with her work. The make up felt light and like it lasted all day so I didn’t have to worry and I was really pleased with my hair. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. USING DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS IN TRIALS. The lipstick Tallulah used in my trial was discontinued so I was unable to purchase. I thought I'd find it on eBay but given the response from MAC''Sadly, I am unable to find any lipsticks with this name in the system'' and the only review I could find being from 2014 it appears to have been discontinued a very long time. I've copied my last email to Phil below, this is after several between myself, Tallulah and Phil. No response has been received from Phil. I did also ask if they condone using unavailable products and this went unanswered. It seems my mistake was trying to work with Tallulah to rectify the situation because if I hadn't and cancelled straight away I'd have got my deposit back. Tallulah did respond to say she was really upset about this as she loves her brides. Not upset enough to rectify her mistake by refunding the deposit or offering to redo the trial with available products. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.PhilLet's look at your points:PHIL. 'With regards to referring to Joanne, she is aware but I am the financial director and the burden of proof lies with me.'ME. Joanne is the face of your business and for her not to respond to a complaint directed to her is unprofessional to say the least.PHIL. 'A pot of the appropriate lipstick was offered to you at your trial, that you chose not to take it is not something Tallulah can control.'ME. Tallulah did offer me a pot, yes, of discontinued lipstick for a wedding a year away! Using discontinued products is within Tallulah's control.PHIL. 'I have it on good authority that you had more than 1 person taking multiple photos at your trial, so any complaint that would result in us investigating 'substandard' service should have been reported to us within the clearly defined parameters of your contract.'ME. I registered my dissatisfaction with Tallulah within 7 days as per your contract and she advised me to 'go shopping' or 'rely on her to match it on the day' meaning I couldn't buy my own, despite her advising, and I quote 'lots of brides like to buy the lipstick for themselves so they have a keepsake'. I am not sure what relevance how many people I had there or how many pictures were taken have any relevance to discontinued products being used.Our conversations were over several days and when I felt I was not getting a resolution, as 'rely on me' when she's let me down already was not a satisfactory response I cancelled. You are separating yourself from Tallulah to ignore my initial emails and avoid responsibility.PHIL. Makeup artists kits evolve all the time, the lipstick you refer to could have run out or been discontinued next April or June. A professional MUA's job is to replace those products and colour match for which i have every confidence in Tallulah to have achieved given the chance.'ME. That is exactly why I wanted to buy the lipstick immediately. If I had to wait to give Tallulah a chance on the day what is the point of a trial!PHIL. 'Your lack of willingness to work with your bridal artist to find a solution is unprecedented in the thousands of weddings my team has serviced. I only hope allow your next artist to do their job.'ME. Yes, I am unwilling to wait until my wedding day to see if my MUA can find a solution to their mistake/lack of professionalism having already paid for a trial!I'm sure you do have lots of happy clients but how you resolve complaints whether from a few or many is how a business should be judged.
