The staff and owner in this shop are absolutely lovely. I was a regular customer, and became ill for a very long time, when I recently went in again for the first time in a few years the owner remembered me and was very kind in asking how I was. You don't often get that personal, human level of service anymore in local shops, let alone a shop in a big mall like the fort. Thats why I wrote this review, I was shocked at the kindness shown. It's a great wee shop, feels like your local newsagents and it's not a big anonymous chain store. I wish more shop staff were like the people who work here, truly nice and genuine people.

Its a newsagent. Prices seem reasonable not sure what else to say. It sells tobacco and vape oil for anyone that applies to.

No help what so ever, was sold a faulty elf bar went back to this shop to return it and by the time I got there a little bit of the puff was coming out and no flavour it was still faulty, pretty much got made to feel like a liar on the shop floor with other customers in there as well. manager wouldn’t exchange the elf bar as it “worked” so they took my money and the binned the elf bar if I could score lower than a 1star I would because of how embarrassing there return experience was.
