Booked in a design appointment with Sharps Bedrooms for a design and quotation on built in wardrobes. Told at least a two week wait and booked time off work to accommodate. Had two missed calls from this company in the afternoon of the day of the appointment. No show from designer and no text messages or emails to say who they were. As a teacher I do not answer calls at work. Waited 45 mins and called Sharps who advised someone would call back. The designer called back 2 hours after appointment time to advise that as I had not picked up the phone to confirm he did not attend the appointment to avoid the wasted journey! No apology given - in fact nonchalantly said we could just rebook for another time! Awful customer service!!
