In my experience with this company, they have breached two different planning permissions on my street. They have taken months to reply to local residents and the council. They have also submitted planning permission for tiny and overcrowded apartments and houses on my street, these plans have been filled with inaccuracies and lies. They have illegally blocked off a car park allocated to neighbours and caused dangerous traffic conditions on the road, they refuse to remove the fence.
