Horrible experience! The place is dirty, the staff are not wearing the correct PP. I thought I’d treat myself to a twister of the day. This led to me being sick for 3 days with a stomach bug and a fever. Sort it out! AVOID.

I held back reviewing this kfc, I first visited when it was first opened, poor service and food was below average, the staff did not look like they wanted to work there. This time round (around 8 months later) the restaurant has much improved. Food eas good and not dry. The staff even smiled at me when I placed an order! That’s a win for me. Well done on the improvement, keep up the good work.

Only ever 1 person at the front so collecting orders can take a long time. Self-service machines NEVER have paper in for receipts so you have to try and remember your order number and can never leave feedback from the receipt number (intentional???). Food is normally slightly better than the KFC in Woolwich centre.

The food was decent but the staff was absolutely disgraceful. So grey. The chicken was dry and the chips were what you expect.

Ordered popcorn chicken and ice cream, happy with my food but the dine in area was not clean. Slow service as only 1 person working on the front of the house and another in the middle of the house. Front of the house lady was taking order, packing as well as dealing with delivery orders. Nobody to clean the tables and floor. They need more people to do the job.
