I walked in and a arranged a free appointment to measure up and get a quote for a blind,at 4pm Saturday and it was a NO SHOWI phoned three times at 4.35pm no answer,no answering machine available to leave a message.The mobile number on the appointment card doesn't even workMaybe just one blind wasn't important enough to get in touch and reschedule an appointment,if unable to make it,I will not be using this company now,thankfully I didn't pay anything inadvanceThankyou for the apology,I spoke to the lady in the shop Thursday,was given the appointment on a card,she wrote my details down.As a no show I have made alternative arrangements so won't be in touch

After paying a deposit of 2K on February 2nd the owner changed his mobile number and had no automated response on the shop phone. No effort at all was made to phone us with any updates. We were unable to contact him until mid May having tracked him down via facebook. After numerous email,messages and telephone calls he finally agreed to fit the curtains mid June. When he turned up with the curtains he had not even bothered to check that the sizes were correct . The fittings he had suggested - tracking - would not have been easily installed, so I suggested rails, which were the only real option available. I gave him an additional 2 weeks to complete the job with the correct curtain sizes. This he did not do having promised to call if there was a problem. So we end up with an unfinished job. I would not/cannot recommend this company.Very bad customer service and no attention to detail.
