Worst service, refuse to cancel membership. They avoid emails, phone calls. If I could them a zero I would.

Sent an email, no reply. Don't bother calling the listed number on the website, it's a pre-recored message by an Android that repeats the same line over and over. Had a terrible experience at branch of this fitness chain but you'd think there was a human in the office to reply to my email. Very poor.

Still being pursued for membership payments weeks after my club closed down

Hi everyone, please be careful at this company. I worked for them from Jan 2022 to May 2022. The owner of the branch didn’t even provide me with a P45 when I left, the payslips where not clear and suspicious, member’s where overcharged regularly. The head office is impossible to reach for advice. I found out I was pregnant in April, I was really sick and they just terminated me with no written communication, nor phone calls or even offer sick pay nor suggestions, unbelievable. Please be careful at this low cost gyms wherever you are a client or a worker. Distressful and discriminating

Quit working at Energie Fitness last month due to unpaid wages. This was not head offices fault, it was due to the franchisee.I emailed head office several times to see if anything could be done on their end, but failed to get a single response. I was later informed by someone who was still working there that head office's response was that its none of their business and they won't do anything.So its none of their business that someone working for Energie Fitness was getting paid less than minimum wage.As long as they are still profiting from a franchisee and they can have their weekly Friday morning meeting about staffmis targets, they don't care about how staff are treated or how their gyms are ran.
