Absolutely diabolical. Had my eyebrows waxed here. They burnt my eye lids because wax was to hot and also went to far down my lid which led to my skin bruising and peeling off.

They rush peoples nails & they're terrible quality. I asked for square shape, I got a mixture of square & coffin. Also they applied far too much gel polish on my nails. I would not recommend

The nails were okay. The nail polish wasn't consistent and there was random small dots with no polish on it (barely visible) however, i have been to places where this doesn't happen at all. The man also left a significant gap between the gel and my cuticle (meaning id have to get an infill sooner). Hygiene wasn't great, i had to dry my hands with a towel that was used by who knows else. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MADE ME SO UNCOMFORTABLE. The woman was very abrupt, kept almost shouting, at me telling me what I wanted. I wanted to leave. I'd highly recommend going to five star nails or e-nails as such issues do not occur and is around the same price.

Worst experience we've ever had anywhere. My wife has had a good experience with the owner before so she went in for a pedicure. The lady (employee) there spent only 10-15 mins on pedicure saying that my wife's feet are already clean. She was asked to pay £23 for that. When I complained, they got really defensive and started shouting back comments such as 'If you don't like it, don't come back'. When I asked to speak to the manager or owner, her male colleague started shouting 'What for?' and they both started abusing us saying 'f**k off'.

Amazing service! My nails always look stunning from here and also the girls and guys at Top Nails are very lovely as well. They made me feel comfortable for my first time and every time I've gone and asked if I wanted tea or coffee and are very polite! definitely recommend for acrylics and gel nails!! :)

Freindly staff customer service real good nail bar needs to be cleaned before each customer ,more choices of colour needed an more staff needed waited 25 minutes to be seen .

I got my nails done here. In and out in less than an hour and everyone keeps complimenting on how good they are. Not 5 star bc after mentioning I was a student in conversation was not offered the student rate for nails when I was asking how much to pay at the end but didn't want to argue because i was really happy with the nails.i got (acrylics)
