A very large b&q. Ideally located just a few metres from the main dual carriageway. I wasbpleased with the shopping experience. There isn't much that stands out, but there isn't anything that would deter one from returning either. Good stock, standard prices and a few sale items. It does what it is expected to do.

One of my 'go to' places for DIY products. Has practically everything I need all under one roof. The parking is free, which is a bonus. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. My one gripe would be lack of carts. I had to follow a man back to his car to get a cart, although to be fair, it was a bank holiday.

Plenty of stock but difficult to find items as not in the place one expects...Usually have to find a member of staff to find the correct aisle.

I am not sure what has happened too the trade side. I was served by the most un-helpful woman today.No one on tills, she was on self check out , asked for plasterboard numbers gave it on several occasions, took a while then she asked for a another member of staff to try and work out which plasterboard we had look in the book, finally he found the plasterboard.Terrible service not going back until the trade counter opens again .

the difference is the people there, all very nice, as an improvement I would suggest to make more obvious on the website the products that are available only online and the ones that are in stock

The kind women selling the poppy’s today 11-11-23 thank you very much for been so kind and giving up some of your own money so my 6 year old daughter could have a poppy. She really wanted one but I only had card and no cash to give and was so kind to give up some of her own. Thank you

A good DIY shop but they sold a lot of shop floor space. Consequently, they haven't got space for all they can offer.

You can find everything that you need for home.You can find a greater variety of tools on site or online usewell.It's a big free car park on site.

I was really disappointed with my experience. Went to buy a mower. The trolleys were a way in the car park...they did not push well, or pull well. Eventually found an assistant to help with finding one...took ages at the till....I was so frustrated by the entire process...I returned it unopened today and received my £159.00 back !!!
