Saw Rob on youtube demonstrating the Stihl leaf blower and the extendable hedge trimmer. Ordered from the website, very compatible prices. Great communication and knowledge from the shop staff. Prompt delivery complete with a few little extras. Very happy with the equipment.

I buy the Stihl and Silky stuff. The staff are helpful and their prices are probably the best in London and the surrounding areas. As always... Check that you have the right size chain... Especially if you are using electric saws.

They service lawn mowers . They did a good job on my Champion about 6 years ago.. so I took it back. Its worth it. Fingers crossed my mower will be back good to go soon..I'm very fond of my mower..& so was Shez. But now I have to mow the lawn myself :( so best get the blade sharpened & all the bolts checked..I'm really missing my Champion mower

Staff very knowledgeable of equipment and kept in contact regarding the purchase of the mower and delivered on time and driver explain controls on mower thank you for all the help given

If you need after care with a new mower forget it! The communications are next to Zero. You have to constantly chase and they just don't respond to emails. Still awaiting something that should have been given to me with the mower in April. Would give Customer services a Zero if possible! Buying was fine!

DO NOT USE THEM! I am very disappointed by they way they threatened me, very rude staff! 0 customer service skills.I left my machine with them and that said will be ready after 3 days. After a week i called them and in a very rude way they said : “we will call you when it’s ready. 3 weeks later i called them again, saying im going to take my machine. When i went there, again the staff was really rude, they said my machine is not there and not possible to be fixed. On the next day they called to pick up my machine this way - ON PARTS IN A BOX and also charged me 30£ deposit when i said I need to collect my machine, cause it’s taking way too long for repair. Just appalling service!!

Bought the new Stihl electric top handle from APS a few weeks ago. A lovely saw to use in the tree. Great service and a very competitive price. Thanks again John

It was poor. Seven missed delivery / collection attempts missed due to poor internal communication. When challenged about this suggesting perhaps we shouldn't pay as the service was somewhat lacking we got a very unhelpful response.Paul Earthy failed to understand, or choose not to understand our small children's charity relies on the good will of volunteers with no paid staff, and after 7 missed pickups / drop offs and many hours of time wasted volunteers were reluctant to give up more time and be messed about. With no apology we were told to collect the machine ourselves from the workshop and APS would not charge us the delivery.This entire sad story came about from our charity misplacing trust in this company, having an unsatisfactory service leaving questions of honesty, poor customer service and now with thanks to the manufacturer a problem being resolved.I can only tell you what we found, and after a very poor experience we would not use APS again, and would strongly advise others look elsewhere too.
