Annabelle's Hair Salon

Appalling! Towels drying in the reception area. Ripped gown, hair not shampooed at the back of head, comb dropped on the floor and left there continuously stepped on. Hairdryer put on the floor, hair straighteners dropped on the floor and picked up to use again without sanitising.

My first time at Annabelle’s today, was greeted by friendly staff and waited on a comfortable sofa and was served a very nice cuppa and biscuits,then I had my hair cut by Dominique,she did a really good job with my hair ,it’s just how I was hoping it would be and added some curls which was a bonus ,had hair washed by someone else not sure what her name was but it was comfortable and relaxing and had a chair that gently massaged too, got a discount too as first time ,I like the towels round shoulder instead of that rubber thing that you get in some places .

It was great. I love my hair. They supplied drinks and food just incase. The staff were really nice, from Sophia.I had a lovely wash, cut, colour and blow dry. Staff all very friendly. Would definitely recommend, Sam

Went here for a walk-in appointment, staffs were friendly. Jade was very accommodating and made me feel relax (I suffer from alopecia in the past which made me feel uncomfortable going to salons) It was a good day for me and my hair, will come back again in the future x

I went here because of the good reviews so wanted to leave my own experience for balance. I am really disappointed in the ballayage I got done here. I'm happy to feedback directly to the business if they want to contact me.Edit: thanks for the offer to rebook but I don't know what they can do to improve it, they already tried to fix it on the day.
