Great job, completed with great professionalism and very friendly. Alec and Kevin were so helpful in choosing the right shower room fittings and the finished result is wonderful. Great care was taken in making the shower as accessible as possible for an elderly lady. Many thanks

What a great service from start to finish.Alec couldn’t do more to help us with the design and he very quickly understood the kind of items we were after and had lots of great ideas on how we could change our bathrooms with one of the three being a particularly tricky space to fill. There were endless request from us to borrow samples to check in the rooms and to ensure we got the right tiles again none of this was too much trouble for Alec considering their policy of no up front payments.Onto the fitting experience and Phil. I come from a family of builders and this was the first time I had entrusted any work to anyone outside the family but I was not let down. Phil was such a perfectionist in everything he did. Anything he wasn’t happy with putting back was redone and all within the original price that was quoted. There was a minor incident when ripping out the one bathroom which inadvertently damaged the adjoining wall in another room but again this was corrected without even having to ask.The finish is impeccable and we couldn’t be happier with everything that has been done. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alec and the team to anyone and have already passed details onto friends.

We used Brierley Hill Bath Warehouse to install a new toilet, sink and radiator in our downstairs toilet.Alec was on hand during the whole project and made sure everything went to plan. The standard of fittings were of good quality and very competitively priced. The room is now transformed and we are over the moon with the finished look. Thanks again Alec for a job well done!

Fantastic service from Brierley Hill Bathrooms. From start to finish, the whole team were very professional. Alec completed the survey for us and we popped into the showroom to discuss the bathroom furniture and accessories. The fitter, Adam, again very professional, was very helpful. He understood the plan and even fixed some of the dodgy workmanship that the previous owner had done without hesitation (and did not charge us for it).All in all, a very great experience and can highly recommend. definitely will use them again for any further bathroom/plumbing.

We chose Brierley Hill Bath Warehouse (BHBW) because of the decent reviews they’d received. What also appealed was the fact that we could pick all the components here to have our old bathroom replaced (including tiles and flooring). On top of that we were promised we’d get the best fitters to do the job, so we looked forward to getting started.Apart from the electrics and the flooring everything else was undertaken by one man and unfortunately, after he declared he was ‘all done’, we had to conclude that the quality of the work was not of a very high standard. The finishing was shabby for starters. However, the main annoyance was the tiling: Most aren’t flush at all (which he handily attributed to our walls) and some are just downright wonky with uneven joints and edges (lippage). One is even broken. The edging strips are protruding excessively above the tiles and the grouting needed re-doing because of the numerous huge gaps he’d left between them. Shoddy. The caulk and silicone sealant that was used in the corners and edges had been put there without much care or attention. Thick lines followed thinner lines, some parts were (are still) downright sloppy and he’d missed entire sections as well. Also, the shower cubicle didn’t fit properly on the shower tray as it was tapering, the basin was placed off-centre on the drawer unit, and when we used the tap the pipes were clunking loudly. The fitter simply pointed the finger at the water pressure, so we had our own plumber come to fix it for us, giving rise to extra cost. And these were only the main grievances. We of course notified BHBW about our findings and efforts were made to rectify things. For instance, they exchanged the shower cubicle, though this new one was clunkier and much heavier and not something we ever would have chosen. It clearly hid any drill holes the fitter had made wrongly, although he blamed the manufacturer. Obviously, there was nothing wrong with the previous cubicle as BHBW told us they would use it in another job. So, we now have this monstrosity of a shower cubicle thanks to the fitter. And when he replaced it he scraped the shower tray in the process, adding some more irritation into the mix.The basin is now straight, and the grout was touched up, including the sealant but to be honest it’s a marginal improvement. As for the electricians: they put up some led spotlights of which one of them is clearly dipping. They also organised a new extractor fan with integrated light. Previously we had separate switches for the fan and the lighting. However, without ever consulting us they changed this setup arranging it thusly that the light and the fan were operated using one and the same switch. The fan drones on for an extra 15 minutes before it finally shuts down which becomes rather annoying, especially when you use the bathroom at night time. We since had this changed by another electrician. The man who came to fit the vinyl left the plywood subfloor in one corner bulging upwards (as it wasn’t screwed into the floorboards properly) and ‘fortunately’ forgot to glue the vinyl down there as well, so we could deal with that problem ourselves. But we shouldn’t have to, as we were paying these people good money to do the work for us.We had also asked him if he could sort out some squeaky floorboards. He just stuck some staples into the floor and two hours later the squeaking returned. Not impressed. All in all, this whole experience has been an expensive disappointment. The end result is passable, as long as you don’t look too closely. Such a shame, because the products are mostly good, but it should have been fitted much, much better. For anyone reading this: take heed, find your own workmen, because we certainly did not get the best.Follow up to owners response: BHBW know very well who we are and that we weren't happy with the work done. Short of tearing everything out and starting again they could not improve on their service.

We used Brierley Hill Bath Warehouse a couple of moths ago and we were very impressed. They were not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and we are very pleased with our new bathroom.Everything was done to a high standard, was done on time and there was absolutely no mess left behind.I don't know how my YouTube spoof alias appeared as my name!!

Awful and incompetent for what he claims.Promise 'project management' from start to end - but frankly need to go on a project management course. Some baseless claim.Avoid if you don't want a headache.

Fantastic service from Brierley Hill Bathrooms. We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom. Alec was helpful throughout, very responsive, prepared a design quickly and dropped off samples and catalogues to help me find exactly what I wanted for the new bathroom at a great price. The fitting by Phil is outstanding - not a straightforward job but he tackled it without any problems and the finish is perfect. A great company to work with. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
