Just want to say a massive thank you to Alex and his team from Berkshire County Trailers for the great advise and suggestions for my move. It's not everyday you see a Mercedes tow a big box trailer. Definatly going to be using BCT next time, highly recommened. :)

EDITED reviewBackstory...The work they did on Our Trailers was Sub Standard.They kept removing my Reviews.Things dropping off trailer held on with Mastic.. Number plate holder.New wheel arches had not been fixed fast.Or fastened properly and had Rattled loose on a short 6 mile journey from collection.We had to add washers and tighten those that had Washers...My messages to you received no response. I have had no apologies about the poor condition of workmanship, considering you had the trailers for 3 months.I have video and photo evidence to back up my claims.I always provide 100% service, and I expect the same in return.In my opinion and assumption, you had at some point great engineers in the past, and they have moved on elsewhere.As you said to me, it was just yourself and an agency worker.I don't doubt you once had a great team and output.Your reviews got me there in the 1st place. You seemed a real nice, genuine guy.But when I questioned your work, you got defensive.I was angry when the number plate holder fell off!As the Hirer of my trailer sent me the pictures!If it had dropped on the motorway they had just been travelling on, it could have bounced through someones Windscreen and caused a fatal accident.I" would have been liable

Quick and easy to buy a used trailer. Owner was helpful and knowledgeable. Staff were quick to help. Would recommend.

Called into their office today to make an inquiry about supplying an axle that a company up North had been messing me about for 10 weeks and then said they cant supply it. Jack was absolutely brilliant. Spent time with me and has managed to take all the details and will get back to me. Should have used a local company's in the first place.

First class service from start to finish. We just purchased a Brian James T6 Transporter from Alex and the team. Everyone there was extremely helpful through the whole process. Looking forward to going back for another one in a couple of years. Thanks again.

Hired a 12 ft box trailer to help my daughter move houses. The service from Tracey and team was impeccable. Very professionally done. The trailer itself was well-maintained, of a very high quality and the team gave everything required along with the trailer to ensure that the use of the trailer and return went without a glitch.Both rental and return was hassle free. On return, I dropped of the trailer early morning 6 AM when the gates to the unit location opened. The team had given a hitch lock as well. Locked the trailer and dropped the keys off through the letter box!Thank you guys once again for a great experience.

Excellent customer service. Were very helpful and attached the single bike trailer to car as I'd never done it before. Trailer was in very good condition and was able to do a 180 miles roundtrip in one day.

Excellent service, and always friendly and helpful. I'd recommend them highly.Today I hired a car transporter from them to take my old Moggy to a specialists.
