Screwfix Accrington

Went in for some new spotlights for my bathroom and Beth went out of her way to find an exact match for those already fitted. All the staff are really pleasant and helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I placed my order through the Screwfix app after checking the availability of what I wanted. I received a text within 10 minutes saying it was ready for collection. Great service and efficiency.

Staff great & The Pit Stop Breaky Van outside is run by a solid chap with great fresh food, including the fresh steak sandwich with onions - delicious at £4.50 with free tea or coffee

Absolutely love the service John gave us whilst trying to find plug sockets and switches. Nothing was too much trouble. Hope to deal with John again very soon :)

Always an excellent service at the Accrington branch. Everything for the trade and rarely do they not stock an item. Out of stock usually arrives the next day. Pleasant and helpful staff giving a very personal service.

I needed some advice on a fixture for a bathroom tap, I dealt with a lady called Kim I think, she was so helpful and friendly with some great advice, I wish there were more people like her. One of my best customer help I have ever had.

I bought an LED light unit from Accrington Screwfix approx 16 months ago for my garage, it only cost £18 at the time but recently it developed a fault and stopped working. It did say it had a 3 years manufacturers guarantee so I took it back to Screwfix but to be honest wasn't expecting any joy given the length of time since I bought it, I was quite prepared to stump up for a new one and to be told I would have to take it up with the manufacturer....However I explained the situation to the young man at the desk who without quibble immediately provided a replacement and waived the extra £2 that the same unit now costs. My only regret is that I didn't get the staff members name. Fantastic customer service!!
