Piper Court Care Home

As care facilities for the elderly go, Piper Court appears to be friendly and welcoming. The residents we encountered seemed well looked after. Hairdressing services are offered for residents.This establishment DID NOT have that pungent Care Home Smell which is definitely a positive.The security throughout the building is well provided.There is adequate parking facilities near the building.

I was here as agency, staff were very rude to me and thought I'd be no help as I was agency. Explained that I'd been in care for 10 years and agency was my second job.Was then sent to hospital with a resident I had never met, left there and staff didn't hand over to nights that I was there and needed to be relieved. Shocking as the place is beautiful. Put me off going back!
