Despite being assured I would get a call back(five calls), failed to get a response. I urgently required something they were purporting to sell. Very disappointed with their service.

I had a very good experience with Indigo Displays. The flag stand arrived on time and the quality was fantastic. I would definately use them again.

Marcus went out of his way to ensure that we received our backdrop display stand in good time. We placed our order at the beginning of October and needed it in three days as our usual supplier was unable to help. Indigo Displays came to the rescue and supplied our order within 2 days! Our event went well and the banner looked impressive. I can't thank them enough. Thanks!

Ordered some A3 stands and they are already loose. They sent the incorrect screws and so the threads cannot be tightened. Have tried multiple times contacting them with no helpful answer.I cannot comment about other products, however this is disappointing as we have used them a handful of times.

I ordered a 3m wide banner. It’s easy to set up but does take two of us as it is so large. It's just what was needed and looks stunning, really pleased. Thank you so much !

PLEASE AVOID - IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDEROrdered from there website - stock product --- no confirmation given, money received by them. Contacted them several times, and still not received the order - very bad customer service - they do not respond, someone takes messages, and say that someone will ring back. Well no one has .....Please avoid if you want your order quickly

I've used a tremendous amount of printing companies for our non-profit charitable organisation, and thought I'd give Indigo Displays a try.They unfortunately had really poor communications, after sending evidence that my artwork was in the correct dimensions, colour space and scale - I still received nothing in way of support or confirmation, just a repeated word-for-word email.I've now had to cancel my order, as after a week I've still not had any confirmations or notifications that my order has gone through and we're now out of time.Really disappointed, especially as it's now too late to go with another, more reliable supplier.

Very good service. Marcus went out of his way to ensure that we received our Backdrop Display Stand in good time. Our usual supplier was unable to help at short notice, but Indigo Displays came to the rescue. We placed our order on the Monday and the printed stand was delivered on Wednesday, exceptional! Our event went well and the 3m wide banner looked impressive. I can't thank them enough.

Please AVOID using this company!I have ordered banners a couple of weeks ago and paid already, however once if you don’t choose to have a design option they will just leave you to do everything on your own even the black colour doesn’t match, they will not fix or help you with it. After we contacted them by email or call, it would take them a few days to answer and having a really really bad customer service. Lastly I requested for a refund, they will need a reasonable reason to do a refund for you even now I still haven’t got the refund in full even though I have emailed them several times now, nobody responded.One of the worst customer so far.Please avoid using this company,
