The staff has terrible attitudes especially at Dr Fergusons practice. The man sitting behind the desk at the reception was downright rude. I phoned on Monday and he told me my prescription would be ready for Wednesday so I left it till Thursday because I know how unreliable the surgery is. I then came down on Thursday were I waited 20ms in the pharmacy queue only to be told my prescription wasn’t there so I headed up to the reception where the man sitting behind the desk then proceeded to lie to me saying that my prescription won’t be ready till Monday. Ever since Dr Doak left the surgery has went down hill fast. I’ll be definitely moving elsewhere because nobody should be spoken to the way I did today.

Rude staff with Arrogant behaviour Doctors are always on leave they cancelled my appointment twice because of the shortage of Doctors

Rubbish service as always. Waited more than a hour for appointment where nurses are too busy taking drinks and snacks from cafe and treating patients like animals.

horrible service treat patients like their doing you a favour by speaking to you. Hate even calling them for appointments or anything.
