Probably the worst there is. At least 4-5 lost packages since I moved in to a property they are managing 2 months ago. Poor customer service, communication is dodgy. Avoid if you can.

Extremely poor management company don’t respond to emails, don’t attend appointments as scheduled, and do not follow the property ombudsman’s complaint procedure even though they state that they are part of this group

Awful customer service. Very poor management of building.They will also do nothing when your things get stolen from the buildings they manage despite having CCTV. And they have made no changes or improvements despite everyone's packages being stolen.
