Huw and David from Celteco installed a replacement boiler for me. Huw turned up to quote for the work and explained the work involved and their availability. There was no pressuring to buy or any other sales pitch. I did compare quotes with several contractors' and Celteco came up best value for money too.Once the work was scheduled Huw and David turned up as expected and did a great job and included a new lead slate for the flue. They truly went the extra mile - Huw bringing an oil heater , for the time I was without central heating. They completed the work on time and left everything clean and tidy. They also completed all the paperwork for the gurantee and explaned all I needed to know about new boiler to me and responed quickly when I texted with a question. I had a problem with my boiler. Rather than Celteco coming out they gave very good advice about how to deal with the problem. After going direct to Worcester the problem is now fixed. Celteco could have come and charged me a whack. So well done for their sound and honest judgement.

Extremely happy with the service from Celteco. David and Huw came over to diagnose a central heating issue we had had since buying our house, and had not managed to be solved by others. After assuring us they would be able to help, they returned the following week and fixed all issues we had. David then installed a new toilet for us, and again we were very happy with the quality of work. Every step was explained comprehensively and in an understandable manner, both David and Huw are very personable and make you feel at ease. Would highly recommend Celteco and we will certainly be using them for all work in the future.

Excellent plumbing service, reliable and good value. I was quite reluctant to set about choosing a plumber as I think it is hard to know whether they are reliable or honest. I chose Celteco because of their other positive reviews online to fix a tap and a toilet. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, the service was brilliant - everything fixed and done with care and attention. Good value pricing and prompt to book the appointment, plus a clear invoice. Will definitely use them when I need a plumber again.

I can’t speak more highly of Huw and David, firstly Huw replied to all my emails which made my life easier when trying to book an appointment and talking about my issue. David arrived as planned and he knew exactly what he was talking about which made me feel confident. I’d been trying to get a smart thermostat fitted for a while but a number of other companies either didn’t get back to me or said they weren’t sure they could fit this particular system. I also wanted some of the radiators to generate more heat. David re balanced the system straight away and then fitted my smart thermostat without fuss. The thermostat works brilliantly and my rads are noticeably warmer after the balancing. Great service and value, will definitely be using Celteco for future repairs and servicing . Ps I very rarely write reviews but felt I needed to on this.

Have you ever wanted something done but then get the feeling that the person giving you the quote or assessing the job is doing what would be best or easiest for them?Well not with these guys. They will do what's best for you while keeping your cost and trying to meet all your requests in mind too. At least, that's what my experience has been since our first encounter.Huw's team are amazing to deal with. When I first called Celteco, I was in a bit of a pinch but they never treated me like they were doing me a huge favour. In fact, they were relatable, professional and very thorough.Based on this first encounter and sensing I could trust them lead me to instantly consider bringing a bigger job I had in mind forward and approached them to replace all my radiators and redo all the piping. They showed great consideration for my house while carrying out their work - we had new flooring in place at the time.I have to mention that it's 2 years later and they've only been out to service my boiler.Their work is top notch and they offer great value. I can not recommend them enough.
