Can't comment on devices yet, but oredering was quick and easy, had to make one call to clarify something - ie. ordering 2 devices required 2 separate orders rather than one -> but once that was explained over the phone, all other aspects were easy, including filling in emergency details

Good experience; received the Satellite phone the day before my trip. It was set up and when I phoned to ask a few questions, these were answered clearly. I had no trouble using it whilst I was in extremely remote areas in Africa. The satellite links were relatively quick to get connected and phone calls were clear. The tracking feature worked really well and was nice to share with friends and family.

They sent wrong email out to begin with making me think I’d bought a different SIM card for a different phone than I had. I had to double check again then complain. How hard is it to check an email before sending ?? Will consider other suppliers in future.

I cannot praise this company highly enough. Their sales, after-sales and customer support is outstanding. Even on a Sunday before a bank holiday they were available to help and advise through Facebook messenger. All questions over many weeks were answered and explained clearly and promptly - the SIM card was delivered very quickly. Certainly reassuring for us as my partner is about to set off on a transatlantic voyage traveling for over 2 months. I would not even consider going anywhere else. I highly doubt I would get the 1st class customer care they give anywhere else.

The communications were exceptionally good. The company worked hard to correct mistakes I had made with my order. This included returning the money I had sent and this was done within 90 minutes of me sending an email request. Very impressed!! The satellite service continued correctly throughout the 14 days of confusion.
