Trying to get an update from your company mrq but they don’t answer emails , your contact number is wrong too , why is it so hard to get updates from one of your companies , yet your tv advert makes it look so efficient. All I’m after is a date of when my verification will be processed , your tv advert says within 24 hours ?

I had an issue with a withdrawal. It hadn’t gone through. I waited 4/5 days and sent an email to customer support and within 3 hours my money was in my bank account. Error resolved very efficiently and quickly

Crooks, won 850 on mr q but they didn't pay out as I used my partners account to bank transfer the amount, send them I'd etc still any excuse ALSO BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT FOR SOME ODD REASON. not surprised at the amount of bad reviews, absulte shambles of a company and take a our 3 days to reply to an email! AVOID AVOID AVOID
