You need an appointment to purchase a cylinder from them. Park in the customer parking area and ring the intercom.You will need a credit card and phone as you can't go inside. Also a coat and umbrella depending on the weather.The staff are helpful and professional.Ampere road is off Faraday road, you need an up to date satnsav.
